An incident began at 11:04am AEDT on Tuesday the 5th of March 2024, which we detected at 9:10am AEDT on Wednesday the 6th of March 2024. Transactions were successfully imported into the platform, but were not being processed due to a break in a certificate chain. We successfully remediated the incident as of 9:31am AEDT, and all imported transactions were successfully processed. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
